Last Christmas, thanks to the generosity of our customers and the Sutton community, we were able to collect and deliver over 100 gifts to young patients receiving treatment at the Oak Centre for Children and Young People. The response to our 2024 Christmas Giving Tree was overwhelming and we feel incredibly lucky to be part of the wonderful community we have here in Sutton.

This year we are determined to light up Christmas for even more people at Royal Marsden Hospital and so we are extending our 2025 gift drive to include all patients who will be receiving treatment over Christmas. 

From 8 November to 13 December 2025, we will once again host our Christmas Giving Tree at our store on Cheam Road and will be accepting gift donations. A specialist team at The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity has created a pre-approved wish list of items that will bring joy, comfort, and entertainment to patients during the festive season. 

We kindly ask that all gift donations are selected from the pre-approved list and are new and unwrapped, to meet hospital safety guidelines.

The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity has been a cause close to our hearts for many years.  We’ve witnessed the extraordinary work the hospital does, and we are proud to have raised over £8,800 in support of their efforts over the past few years. Our Christmas gift drive is just one way we continue to show our support. 

2025 marks our most ambitious campaign to date and with your help we know we can bring some festive joy to even more people facing difficult times at the hospital.

We are proud to announce that we have recently completed Green Mark Levels 1 and 2 through London Borough of Sutton’s Go Green Scheme. The Green Mark provides an internationally recognised environmental certification for companies that want to assure their clients and employees that they are conducting business to recognised environmental standards.

Over the last two years we have been working on our environmental impact from assessment to action. This has included raising our awareness of sustainability and the related issues facing small businesses, a conscious and significant reduction in utility use and packaging and paper use as well as switch to sustainable suppliers. We have also continued our commitment to responsibly source diamonds, gemstones and precious metals and stood by our core belief that fine jewellery should be cared for, repaired and remodelled to ensure it can continue to be enjoyed for as long as possible.  

It has taken a remarkable amount of work to assess the inputs and outputs of a 78-year-old company, but we have succeeding in achieving this important milestone.

We’re hosting a special Charity Cleaning Day at our Cheam Road store on Saturday 20th September, with 100% of proceeds going to The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

A cause close to our hearts, The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity supports The Royal Marsden, a world-renowned cancer centre providing exceptional care to patients and pioneering life-saving treatments used across the UK and beyond.

Pop in between 9:30am and 5:00pm to get your favourite jewellery cleaned while helping to raise funds for this incredible organisation. We suggest a £5 donation per item, and donations can be made on the day via cash or card.
