2023 Winners of Retail Jewellers Retail Team of the Year!

We’re over the moon to announce that we are the winners of Retail Team of the Year at the Retail Jeweller UK Jewellery Awards 2023! The whole team had a really wonderful time celebrating at the awards ceremony last week which took place at the London Metropole.
Our talented Warrenders team was up against stiff competition from five other shortlisted finalists from across the country, but took home the coveted Retail Team of the Year award with some truly outstanding comments from the judges.
“This team clearly has strong professional but also personal ties with their customers, who trust them to deliver professional knowledge, advice and offer a friendly ear. This is what independent retail jewellery sales is all about.
Countless examples in the application highlighted the team’s willingness to go the extra mile, whether it was sourcing unique jewellery or tracking down limited edition watches, nothing is too much trouble.”
As an independent, family business, this award and the judges’ comments mean so much to us. Our customers are our beating heart and we strive to always put their needs above all else - they are the reason we are here and why Warrenders has been thriving for more than 75 years. For our team’s hard work and commitment to customer service to be recognised on such a national scale is a huge honour.
